Welcome to GoodSeed. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoodSeed website, content, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

GoodSeed provides a search platform for products and shopping. Users can search for products, view details, and save favorites. The Service links to external merchant sites via affiliate links.

GoodSeed does not sell products itself; instead, it provides a convenient link to retailers. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase from a retailer, GoodSeed may earn a commission. We clearly identify affiliate links to maintain transparency, in accordance with FTC guidelines.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GOODSEED, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICE, IF ANYTHING.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
